This is intense coaching and is not for everyone. Ultimately, like on a motorcycle, it’s up to you to ride – I can’t hold the handlebars for you. It’s up to you to do the hard work, follow the advice, overcome your roadblocks, lean into the curves, and do the exercises. I cannot do that for you, but like a riding instructor, I will challenge you and encourage you to get back in the saddle when you fall, and congratulate you as your courage and creativity grows. And it will.
